To deliver an order we ask for your name, a Bangladesh mobile number, and your address: division, district, area, and the street, village, or house. A landmark, a delivery note, and an email address are optional.

We use these details to call you and confirm the order, to pass the address to the courier, to collect cash on delivery, and to let you look the order up afterwards. The Track order page asks for the order number and the same mobile number, so the order number on its own does not open the order.

We do not sell your details, and we do not take card or mobile-wallet payments, so we never store card numbers. Staff at Muskaan's can see an order so they can pack it, dispatch it, and answer a question about it.

The site keeps a session cookie so your cart and checkout stay with you while you browse. It also keeps a visitor cookie, so we can see which pages were opened, where the visit started, and whether the same browser comes back. That cookie is not tied to your name or mobile number. For each visit we also keep the IP address, browser, phone model, internet provider, and city. We keep that browsing record for up to a year, then delete it. If you write in the shop chat, we keep that message so we can reply, and we delete chat messages after a year. We keep order records so we can deliver, handle a return, and look an order up later.

To ask what we hold for an order, or to correct a name, number, or address, reach us through the Contact page with your order number.
