Delivery

Muskaan's delivers sunglasses across Bangladesh. You pay nothing when you place the order. The amount due, including the delivery charge, is collected in cash when the sunglasses arrive. There is no separate cash-on-delivery fee.

We call the mobile number on the order before anything is packed, to confirm the sunglasses and the delivery address. If we cannot reach you, the order is not dispatched.

The delivery charge depends on your district. It is shown on the product page and again at checkout, before you place the order. A district with its own zone uses that charge. Every other district uses the nationwide charge.

Give a full address: district, area, and the street, village, or house, plus a landmark or note if it helps the courier. You can check the order any time on the Track order page with your order number and the mobile number you ordered with.

Delivery is expected within 2 days in Dhaka City and up to 4 days elsewhere in Bangladesh after we confirm your order by phone. The Track order page shows where your order stands.
